Is load test cost estimation an issue?

Even though RedLine13 minimizes or eliminates many load testing costs, there are invariably some load tests where you must be mindful of how much they cost in terms of cloud resources used.  These are things such as EC2 load agent server costs, data transfer costs, and other AWS charges.

Would the community be interested in sharing what methods they currently use to estimate these costs?
