stable-ish release and blog posting

hello long neglected user group,

the stable release will be 0.2, here is the RC

it has been more than a year since the last release and there is a lot
of new functionality.

The code is somewhat stable, I am chasing down memleaks, and w/ all
the new functionality there will be bugs, but it's kinda crazy all the
stuff it can do now.
