Adding FT.ALTER SCHEMA ADD support to redisearch-py

I added support for FT.ALTER SCHEMA ADD for the redisearch-py client.

Was hoping if someone who has permissions can take a look and merge/release.

Commenting here because I didn't see much activity on the redisearch-py repo itself and I'm hoping someone notices this.
