Hi all,

I am trying to connect to Redis 2.2 via unixODBC on CentOS (x86_64) 6.6.

I tried checking for existing unixODBC drivers (http://www.unixodbc.org/drivers.html) but I did not find any for Redis.

I would be most grateful for any help or tips on how to do this.

Thank you.

Regards,
  Daniel

You will have to write your own. Normally ODBC drivers offer connections to relational database management systems, but Redis is not a relational database. Honestly, I'm not even sure what is involved in writing an ODBC driver, or whether it's even possible/reasonable for a database that doesn't speak any SQL variant to have an ODBC driver.

Thank you Josiah for your prompt reply.

I was really hoping that where was an existing driver.
