Redis+PostgreSQL

Folks,

I build solutions which use both Redis and PostgreSQL fairly frequently.
I just wanted to make you aware of two projects which I've found to be
very useful in integrating PostgreSQL and Redis:

Redis_FDW: https://github.com/pg-redis-fdw/redis_fdw

full Foreign Data Wrapper for querying Redis keys as tables from
Postgres. Currently read-only, will be read-write with PostgreSQL 9.3.

Redis-Wrapper: https://bitbucket.org/qooleot/redis_wrapper

just wraps the redis-cli in a Postgres function, so that you can query
Redis from inside PostgreSQL.

Hello Josh, I read about these exciting news in the PostgreSQL 9.3
preview articles! Very cool to see this kind of integration, and
capable of even writing to Redis.

I'm interested to see how the PostgreSQL / Redis community will make
use of this...
