Suggestion: HDECR/HDECRBY

to Redis DB

HDECR/HDECRBY

purpose: atomic increment of a hash field

synposis:

HINCR key field

HINCRBY key field delta

Decrement commands in hashes are very useful on show/click counters
with per-hour or per-day limitations.
