Quick query about INFO REPLIACTION

Hi all

I've a question about the INFO REPLICATION command

I have this in the respose for each slave

slave0:ip=172.28.112.168,port=6380,state=online,offset=292495137397,lag=0

 as read on https://redis.io/commands/info/

lag is the time that passes between a command is resolved on master and passed to the slave. But is it on seconds, miliseconds, microseconds ?
