Redis Replicas

Hi,

We have a redis cluster which has 5 masters with 2 replicas per master. We have mentioned the value of the config "cluster-migration-barrier" as 2 in our redis cluster but one replica always seems to migrate to a different master , leaving one master with one replica and the other with 3 replicas.   Is there any other way to restore replica balance in the cluster?
