Redis nodes replication.

Hi,

I am running Drupal CMS-based Webserver nodes 1 and node 2 setups behind a load balancer. There is a Redis service running on both nodes1 and 2. Is there a way to replicate both Redis nodes using Master-Slave replication or any native replication method available out of the box?

I was reading https://redis.io/topics/sentinel but I am not sure if I understand it completely.
