Using Redis Insight to Analyze RDB dump

Hello Experts,

We are having high memory usage on our redis instance 25g+ which is cause of concern for us.

We want to analyze if there is any specific cache/key pattern which is consuming most of the memory or not using the redis in very efficient way.

Just came to know about the tool Redis Insight which might give us required information.

I am looking some guidance about how to analyze the RDB file which I already have from production instance.
