sudo apt install redis-server VS sudo apt install redis?

I am new in here.
I have 2 questions. Could you please help me?

1) After installing Redis to Ubuntu Server, if i want to install wordpress Should i install Wordpress Redis Object Cache plugin? What is it exactly for? No i need that?

2) I watched some videos and read tutorials. For example in Digitalocean tutorial they used sudo apt install redis-server But in Redis offical site, they shared sudo apt install redis What are the differences between them?
