If u looking for general usage, go with ubuntu. But if u r advanced user go with fedora.

Ubuntu Desktop LTS 10.4/12.10 Version....will be the best for desktop and laptop users.....

it's a server based OS...not for desktop/laptop users.

I Have RHEL 5 for Server and I want to ask which linux version is best for client/users desktop/laptop. Right Now I am using same RHEL 5 /Windows on desktop.Please suggest me best one.

Hi,

you should use fedora desktop with rhel servers...

Otherwise ubuntu is best for desktop\laptop users.
