Help needed on Virtualization

[uit_cs3(Tux_fan)]

Hi , i need to do a presentation on Virtualization in my college. I
thought i would do it practically. I started working on it. I learned
that PCQ Linux 2006 and Xenoppix supported Virtualization , so i
installed them and started working on them. but i could not succeed . I
googled for help but could not find any help. I got lot of theory stuff
but nothing practical.
Could someone please help as how to do virtualisation. I t would be a
great help.

The sytem configuration is as follows
P IV 2.4 GHz 1 MB L2 cache
512 MB RAM
80 GB HDD
