Dual processor questions.

I just got a Dell OptPlex GX300 866 mhz dual processor box to be my RHEL 3
ES box.
ES box.
I'm hoping to host my own web site, and maybe mail if I am able to set it
all up. It's not imperative that my site be up 99% of the time, so I would
like to try to use my Comcast Cable service (leased dynamic ip). What are
the pitfalls to be aware of ?
It currently has only one processor so I need to get another. Do I have to
get the identical processor for the second cpu?
Or can I get a 1.0G perhaps? Are there any faqs or help info?
