Hi all,
I have installed redhat ES 4 .
Everything was fine before i install linuxconf version 1.34r4 .
After installing the linuxconf i face the following problem while
booting.
some adjustments were made to /etc/fstab
root device changed to /dev/root
fix target of a mount
directory / was originally mopunted on /dev/cciss/c0dop2 now it
should be mounted on
LABEL=/.
Should i umount/mount to fix it?
the same error message appeared for /boot , /var
the /etc/fstab entries are shown below

LABEL=/ / ext3 defaults 1 1
LABEL=/boot /boot ext2 defaults 1 2
none /dev/pts devpts gid=5,mode=620
0 0
none /dev/shm tmpfs defaults
0 0
none /proc proc defaults
0 0
none /sys sysfs defaults
0 0
LABEL=/var /var ext3 defaults 1 2
> /dev/cciss/c0d0p8 swap swap defaults 0
0
> /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom auto
pamconsole,exec,noauto,managed 0 0

Any ideas on how to avoid this error message

thanks in advance,
Krishna
