Halcyon’s 2026 Latin America & the Caribbean (LAC) Climate Fellowship

"Halcyon’s 2026 Latin America & the Caribbean (LAC) Climate Fellowship will serve founders across the region who are tackling pressing challenges in climate adaptation and resilience. Through a hybrid programming format, selected entrepreneurs will attend a one-week, in-person residency in Bogotá, Colombia, five virtual programming days, and a final one-week, in-person residency in Medellín, Colombia.

Eligibility Criteria 

1. Applicant(s) must:

a) be developing a product and venture which contributes towards one or more of the UN’s 17 SDGs;

b) commit to participating in all residencies, program activities, events, and in-person and virtual sessions.

2. For-profit startups:

a) building scalable solutions tackling pressing climate adaptation and resilience challenges in the Latin America & the Caribbean (LAC) region;

b) working Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and a realistic potential to scale;

c) that demonstrate early user feedback or evidence of early commercial validation, such as pilots, LOIs, or revenue.

We encourage startup teams that have at least one woman Founder / Co-Founder to apply.

The program is delivered in a hybrid modality through a virtual kickoff meeting, two one-week, in-person residencies in Colombia, and four additional virtual programming days.

Founders receive training in Halcyon’s methodology on product-market fit, capital strategy, and leadership, as well as access to critical resources and connections to accelerate their ventures.
