My name is María Luisa Méndez. I was at a visiting fellowship at CRESC and gave a talk at the Centre for Latin American Studies. I’m a Chilean sociologist, working on the middle classes.

I’m head of the sociology department at Universidad Diego Portales in Chile and also PI at a new research centre in Chile on social conflict.
