GELA initiative bridges the
global youth unemployment gap by training and deploying young leaders into politics, business, and civil service. It combines
mentorship, skills training, and digital resources to empower marginalized youth, people of color, and socioeconomically disadvantaged individuals.
The program fosters leadership, employability, and global collaboration in a gamified, safe, and interactive environment.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Applicants must:
a) be aged 18–35 years;
b) have access to a reliable internet connection;
c) be willing to learn, embrace diversity, and expand professional networks;
d) be able to complete the pre-assessment form upon enrolment;
e) be passionate individuals demonstrating readiness for leadership and professional development;
f) be available and commit to the mentorship modules, participation in sessions, and fulfilling the program requirements.
2. Program Commencement: February 1, 2026.
3. Duration: Three months of mentorship, training, and virtual engagement.
No prior experience is required, but willingness to learn and engage is essential.
What benefits do participants receive?
Soft-skills training, mentorship, international exposure, certification, networking, and post-program internship/job opportunities.
