"In an increasingly fast-paced and interconnected world, business leaders face growing pressure to deliver results that are not only profitable, but also socially and environmentally responsible. Sustainability has moved from a parallel initiative to a strategic necessity.

In Sweden, advancing sustainability and improving quality of life have long driven innovation and competitiveness. Executives, researchers and policymakers share a strong tradition of collaboration, enabling businesses to turn complex challenges into opportunities for long-term value creation.

The programme supports business leaders in strengthening their ability to lead transformation that is economically resilient, socially responsible and ecologically sustainable.

3. Participants and/or their companies are expected to arrange and cover travel to and from Stockholm.

The Swedish Institute covers:
• All programme-related fees,

• Meals during the onsite visit in Stockholm.

In 2026, priority is given to candidates and their companies within the following industries: renewable energy, responsible mining, sustainable transportation, and digitalisation.

Participants gain practical insights from Swedish organisations and leaders at the forefront of the green transition, and apply these insights directly to their own business context.

A key strength of the programme is its global perspective. Each cohort brings together around 100 senior executives from 24 countries, creating a diverse and dynamic learning environment built on shared challenges, experience and peer exchange.

The programme runs from May to November 2026, combining online learning with a one-week onsite module in Sweden.

25-Mar-26: deadline for applications."
