First, I will look forward to your checking in on each week from now on. Thanks for taking that on.
 
Second, I love that you're snacking on movement. I love that you're just fitting it in on the way. It has it being a part of your life. I just love it!
 
In terms of keeping up with the 7 day week, my experience is that it works best to stay on track with the program, within a day or so, even if somethings get left behind, you can always go back, which I also recommend. You can star things you've skipped and return to them later. If you haven't been keeping up, that's fine. I'd say though from now on, going through week by week, the best you can will get you through to all the juicy stuff the program has to offer.
 
You don't need to do it perfectly. I just find that life never makes more time or room, I have to make the time and room. It's the old build it, they will come...make the space in your life for this and then you'll have it.
 
Maybe, try that on for a few weeks, say through week 5, keep a regular start/finish day of your week, and see how that feels.
