Hey Ladies.

A new week. I'd love to hear how it's going. I hope since the last
communication you've taken on designing a more specific structure for
connecting to the group and staying on track with your program.

In my live group in NYC we're just starting week 3.

I had a great experience with coffee that I wanted to share this week,
that speaks to the themes and lessons of the first weeks and practice
of suspending judgment and focusing on our bodies.

For weeks I've been drinking a lot of coffee and feeling like it's
"bad" and I should really stop. Lots of resistance was coming up in me
and it was making my desire to drink it stronger and more in reaction
to this sense of it being "forbidden". Meanwhile, as we're starting to
look at tracking a symptom I was noticing that I was starting to get
really bad B.O. since I'd started drinking coffee daily, a recent
practice in the past few months. Still for a a few weeks I was
ignoring this symptom and obsessed by my judgments and feeling like I
need to stop! Finally I gave into the process of letting this "story"
that "I have to stop" go. I immediately started being more in touch
with the feeling of the coffee in my body and that I wasn't even
wanting it any more and really didn't want the B.O.

Without effort I haven't chosen to drink coffee in the past 5 days.
It's not forbidden, it's not bad, I just don't really want it and am
loving being body odor free again!

Amazing!

I invite you to share an insight or story from your process that has
been meaningful or significant in some way.

If you're starting week 5, I'm so excited for you! This week is about
creating a really strong vision for yourself. Beyond all the shoulds,
what do you want and see for yourself?

Thanks for reading and I can't wait to hear from you.

Love, Yiska
