Janice, Jennifer,

I hear you!

Structure is a huge piece and I'm glad you said something because in my own reality I absolutely have an unspoken structure like the ones you suggested. I mean you said it. Yes, have a day of the week that's for ending/starting each chapter. Make it, sunday, monday, whatever works for you. When I've gone through the course I allowed for some wiggle room some weeks when my sunday was too busy to sit down and read, I'd make time on Monday, so you can use the 2 day window if need be.

Then, the best way to stay accountable is to use each other. Make a commitment to write into the group each week as well with an update, comments, questions. We're here for you. Make a ritual out of it if that helps, like send off your email every sunday/monday or thursday, whatever, and then treat yourself to something, like a cup of tea, some reading, a bath, whatever you enjoy to have it be like a reward that acknowledges your time.

Declare your own structure for both a reading/start day and e-group checkin day and let us know what you decide. I'm looking forward to hearing from you each week.
Make this week your best yet!

Blessings for focus, intention, power, strength, compassion, ease and love....

Yiska,
Perhaps I should have started reading at the top.   I like what you said about writing in to the group every week to touch base.   I will aim for no later than Tuesday evening if that is ok.  I am going upstairs with a cup of tea right now to do my reading.  I like your book very much.
Jennifer
