So, the truth is, I didn't really follow week 3 all that well and
while I want to jump ahead, I think I really need to actually follow
the book. So, week 3 again it is. For me, I think the hardest part is
writing everything down...I don't know why I struggle with this simple
task this way, but it feels like I'm going against a very stubborn
part of me that strongly resists either really knowing what I'm
actually consuming or just is resisting this behavior because it's
reminiscent of so many stupid diets from the past.

Just gonna keep on keepin' on.

Have a great rest of the week everyone!

Robin and anyone reading this,

Just thinking of you and checking in with things. I wanted to say that with regards to the writing, or really anything for that matter that shows up that feels like an obstacle to you, it's okay if you let it go. The point each week is to explore something that will help you heal your relationship with food. If the writing continues to be something that has you have another reason why it's too hard, focus on what you like and start building a reservoir of things that have the process being fun, inspiring and easy. There's no one way for the course, just like there's no one way to do anything in life. For some the writing is a great tool, for others it's not, but we want you to experience growth and evolution, not frustration or discouragement. Let me know how that feels. Share your process. I'm here and I want to see you get something for yourself, so feel free to drop the obstacles and get to the juicy stuff, the meat of the matter. There is no perfect way to do this. Just making sure you hear that and feel supported on your way.

Hope to hear from you soon....

Love,
Yiska
