* Pure handson development its not a Tech Lead positiono Longer hours if
necessary
* Quick learner and selfstarter ability to work independently is absolutely
needed as we wont have much time to do the handholdingo Accountability and
responsibility are required.
* The project is highly visible with the specific deadlineo Batch work will be
there in addition to the UI
