Hi Javier,

in order to check if the issue is really related to the object that is being used in the extLoginhum.asp, just create a new asp file and copy&paste the corresponding lines into this file and have a look if the same error occours. If yes, modify the permission for the file/folder.

Best regards,
Manuel

I'm trying to get the Hummingbird DM integration working with RedDot CMS. The install worked ok and so I did the customizations (COM+, DCOM, SOAP, WebServices, users, roles, server paths in generated webservices, .wsdl extension in IIS and so on) as documented by 'Installation and Configuration' RedDot document. However, the integration isn't working.

The Symptoms:
We can create a Hummingbird folder under 'Adminestering Project Settings' node and configure its settings (Hummingbird DM Interface 4.5, Current Snapshot, Secured link  .ini file, URL Longin).  But we can't launch the DM Webtop from within RedDot when we try to edit the created folder content. We get the next error:

In a pop window: HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

After clic on 'Refresh' link:
---------------------------------------------------
error '8000401a'
/CMS/extLoginhum.asp, line 64
---------------------------------------------------
(We've read de source code and seems to be an Activex CreateObject related problem)

We get the same error if we try to launch the DM Webtop from within RedDot when trying to edit a Humming DM Media element content.

So some body can help with the problem with our integration?

Architecture:

Hummingbird DM
-------------------------
Version: 5.2.105 build 1
DM Webserver and DM Server on one Windows 2003 VM-ware

RedDot CMS
Version 9 build 9.0.0.27
CMS Server on another one Windows 2003 VM-ware

Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
