Hi Morgan
Thanks for addressing my concern :)!
1) Will update on this later.
2) The code contains HTML and JSP files in Reddot 6.5 itself, inorder
to improvise the same in Reddot 9, we need to seperate the static and
dynamic files in a such a way that the JSP's are deployed only in
Weblogic and no longer going to be avialable in the RedDot CMS.
For Example: I have a start.jsp file, within which there will be
several images or other html pages that may be called or
referenced. So, if the start.jsp page is deleted from the Reddot CMS
and placed in the Weblogic server alone. In such a scenario, the images
which come from the reddot cms do not appear in the site, as they no
more exist in Reddot CMS.
Currently, to overcome this issue temproraily, we have placed the
start.jsp in the reddot CMS as well as in the weblogic, but this is
could cause duplication of files, which is a concern.
I was thinking, if we could change the extension of the filename from
start.jsp to start.html and leave the page and structural elements
within undisturbed. However, I am not sure if this would be advisable,
for which I would need some suggestions.
Cheers!
