Hi there,

We are experiencing a rather bizzare and irregular issue with IE9 crashing the browser session, whilst attempting to 'insert a link' when using the Telerik RADeditor text editor. Never had this issue before, and has only started to occur for our editors.

We are on WSM version - 11.2 Build 11.2.1.357
We are using IE9 web browser – 9.0.8112.16421 (update version 9.0.38)

This issue occurs when you use the Telerik RADeditor text editor and you want to attempt to insert a hyperlnk into your piece of content.
E.g.. select your content, click the 'insert link' button, then the IE9 will crash.

See attached file 'capture1.png'

Checking the WSMS.log file, shows the following error. (i don't know if this related ??).

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error:

Does anyone happen to know what the issue might be here and what is causing this?

IE9 version 9.0.38? Telerik? Ideas or suggestions?

Thanks for your help.

I know this post is old, but this issue was fixed in the following versions:
11.2 SP1 HF12
11.2 SP2 HF8
16.0
If you need to follow up on this with support, the bug number is WSGMS-15935. You can also find this in release notes of the fixed versions.
