What is this Unknown GUID in file name - PreExecute_ <UNKNOWN GUID>_<ProjectGUID>_<PageGUID>_temp.asp

PreExecute_ <UNKNOWN GUID>_<ProjectGUID>_<PageGUID>_temp.asp

What is this unknown GUID? I am looking into the various relevant
elements like project variant, lang variant etc but none of it is this
UNKNOWN GUID. Interesting thing is the first guid remains same across
projects....which means when I preview multiple pages across projects,
still the first GUID remains same for all pre-execute files. PDFTemp
has the entry for this GUID as UNKNOWNGUID.html which is the source
file for PDF Creator Pilot, so as soon as I preview a PDF it gets
overridden with new content (of the previewed page).

What do you think, I am out of ideas?
