Hi,

I've set up a new project and exported a language variant from our
main site, which has then been imported into the new project. I've
changed all the settings on the new project to activate navigation
manager, the pages are there in the navigation structure, but the
navigation isn't showing. All navigation templates have been shared
down from the main site and navigation areas created (all correct case
etc) in the new project.

The code itself seems to be working as I've created a new navigation
template displaying some simple render tags. I just can't figure out
why the nav isn't displaying, it seems like it's not seeing the pages,
which would mean that they shouldn't appear in the site structure!
I've tried clearing the cache and resetting navigation index,
disconnecting and reconnecting pages, importing disconnected pages,
and short of tearing my hair out I don't know where to go from here.
Has anyone had this problem before or have any ideas please?

THanks

In case anyone encounters the same problem, after a LOT of work trying
to find out why this was happening I discovered it was because there
were many anchors in the pages that were referencing pages from
another variant, which of course weren't there. This, for some reason,
interfered with the navigation manager and the menu wouldn't display.
After deleting all the references I've managed to get the nav to
display, however I'm still encountering problems with asp errors in
the navigation structure when trying to move pages.
