It's going to be quirky and fun, the building is cool (I'm moving into an apartment there next month) and the guys organizing it are very creative and generally awesome.

I don't make any money if you go or not, I'm skiing this weekend and I'm gutted I won't be able to make it. Good luck Romeo!

I'm open to anything and everything.

I'm male, 31, a student, a programmer and recording engineer, very nice and humble human being. Though I'm a musician, you don't need to worry about the rent, noise, or weird antics.  I'm an adult not a rockstar wanna-be.  I appreciate privacy, character, subway accessibility and lack of bugs in an apartment. I'm single so living somewhere extremely lonely doesn't really appeal to me. I don't need tons of space in fact I like small spaces.

Optimially I'd stay in Nolita but... yeah. I have friends in Willy and Astoria but I'll honestly look anywhere.

I hate when ATMS say "Press Enter to Exit" but that doesn't really belong here does it?

The deal is I live in Nolita and Croman my landlord called. I have to leave so he can renovate and triple the rent. I have to leave by Jan 1 but I'm month to month so I can leave whenever.

We both have Uni tonight and finish late. I also have it early next morning, so we'll not be spending the day together.

I'm setting up a indoor picnic in my lounge room for when we get back to my place. I found a valentines cake for $2.50 in the supermarket - Not being cheap - It had love hearts on the icing.

There'll be no fancy dinner, because we'lll be back late and she prefers eating cake and sugar (i swear she's not fat). 

I'm going to get some nice dips and  breads + candles. Hopefully we can walk in and she'll think that's nice.

I'm also putting some candles in the bedroom (standard move) and some nice flowers (no roses... ever). I'm also getting a really nice card and writing something personal in there.

Honestly I'm pretty broke and can't do a scavenger hunt or anything fun because of time differences in our schedules.

As I type I'm thinking... the cake is shit and I'm going to go buy some cup cake mixes and make love heart icing cup cakes with her name and messages on them.
Find the thing that your partner loves and exploit it if you can. Good luck!
