Long-term sublet available 151st and Riverside

Hey there everybody,

I've recently gotten a job on the west coast and am in need of a sub-letter (who can take over the lease when it's over) to take over my apartment at 628 West 151st Street.

It's a spacious 1 bedroom luxury apartment and I can send pictures and a further description to anyone who is interested.

This would be a legal sublet, so the renting process would be the same as a new lease. Your credit/finances would need to be in order.

It's half a block from Riverside drive in a beautiful building.
