I have been attempting to install redcar on Intrepid, but I get an
error that cucumber is not found when running rake build. I followed
the Install instructions, except for pulling ruby-gnome2 from deb
http://franz.hob-bruneck.info/downloads/ intrepid/ <

Any ideas? Is Intrepid even supported?

Also, I did try to also checkout from the gtk-head tag. I'm not
terribly familiar with git, but the end result was the same as the
checkout from stable.

Thanks!

Try sudo gem install cucumber

I think there was a guide of some sorts, look at the archives for the
group on http://groups.google.com/redcar-editor

Thanks for the reply Henrik. I tried to just sudo gen install
cucumber, and it seems to install fine. If I list my gems folder, I
see it is installed:

drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 4096 2009-09-08 22:23 activesupport-2.3.4
drwxr-xr-x 6 root root 4096 2009-09-08 22:23 builder-2.1.2

drwxr-xr-x 5 root root 4096 2009-09-08 22:24 zerenity-1.3

I also re-ran the apt-get commands, but it just returned that all of
the packages were installed.

I still get the same cucumber not found error when I run rake build

I searched around a bit, but I couldn't find anything similar to what
I was facing. I did see a number of issues with ruby-gnome2, but I
don't think that is my issue.
