Generating of missing headers for vala?

Actual versions of vala have not the needed headers to build redcar
(this was changed after 0.6.1).

How was the stable version build and with which version of vala?

I'm not sure, I think it worked with version 0.5.7, or maybe a bit
earlier than that even?

BTW, now we are on JRuby we aren't going to continue using Vala.
