FAQs

Recently 40k has seen a lot of action from GW, which is (mostly) great. Even since last week's email about FAQs, a couple things have changed. We have also gotten some questions. So, three confirmations for everybody:

- The draft FAQs are still not in play.

- The new, separate errata on Dreadnought attacks, however, is now official. Given that its inclusion won't disrupt anybody else but is an exciting and balanced update for those factions, that errata will be in play. Go get 'em, Murderfang!

- Players can use the new models and formations from the Death from the Skies book, but we won't be applying any of the new rules or the updated datasheets for previously existing flyers. So, critically, all the flyers still have Skyfire, and there's no separate dogfighting phase. If you want to use something from the book, e.g., the new Stormhawk model, and there's a question or problem created by not having the other rules, please get in touch and we'll figure it out.

Registration

If you, or any friends or nemeses, are on the fence about joining, there is plenty of slots left for people to sign up even day-of on Saturday (we have 16 people registered and space for 32). For Sunday however we can't guarantee that teams that show up day-of will be able to play: We only have one slot left out of 16. So, if you're thinking of joining us, please sign-up online in advance!
