Hi all,

Wishing everyone an eggcellent Easter.

A question for anyone who has used Twilio to send SMS messages in REDCap:

Do you know how to set up a Sender ID?

So instead of SMS messages appearing to come from a number (e.g. "447712312312"), they would appear to come from an alphanumeric name(e.g. "My Trial" or whatever I entered for Sender ID.

I tried asking Twilio support but ended up going round in circles.

First the Twilio support person suggested just writing a Sender ID over the phone number in REDCap's Twilio config settings. No joy though.

Then later I came across one of their help articles which suggested setting it as a "from" parameter in code. But my problem is I don't appear to have any access to any Twilio related code - just some basic config settings on the Project home page.

So I'm stuck.
