Biomedical ontology API not working

Hi

We installed Redcap in one of the servers for one project where we needed to have Medrra API in the field. But I'm getting this error. We verified with the firewall, it is not blocking. In the control center, configuration check, it is showing this error.

External Service Check: Checking communication with BioPortal biomedical ontology API services FAILED! - Could NOT communicate with the BioPortal API server (https://data.bioontology.org/).
