SAS access to RedCap using API

Hello!

Is anyone familiar with troubleshooting SAS RedCAP API errors?

I am getting a "forbidden" error message when I try to access REDCap data using SAS PROC HTTP .   

Would greatly appreciate advice on how to resolve this issue.
