Hello Irina,
You can use the survey queue and redirect to a separate survey under certain conditions. That lets you set up different survey completion actions – a message / confirmation email / auto-start the next survey for eligible participants, for example, or a redirect to some other page when ineligible.

Subject: [EXTERNAL]Redirect to panel website
CAUTION: External Email. Please be cautious with attachments and clicking links
Hi all,
I'm trying to link a REDcap survey to an outside panel's landing pages (Prime Panels), and it is not going well. Is there any way to program REDcap to easily redirect based on answer choices. For example, if a participant chooses an option that makes them ineligible, be redirected to an outside website instead of getting the pop up that asks them if they'd like to change their answer?
Many thanks!
