Can anyone help with REDCap CLOUD questions?

REDCap Cloud (RCC) is so tantalizingly close to Academic REDCap- yet worlds stranger.

I have successfully imported about 20 CSV form definitions from an Academic project into our new RCC project. But I have about 30 more that just stubbornly refuse to import. Maddeningly RCC generates an 'exception number' that varies like it is more of a serial number in an exceptions log. Failures trying to upload a given problem CSV seem to generate unique exception numbers. Purposely import-failing 3 times in a row generates 3 different exceptions. But- importantly- none lead to any help or solutions.

I have tried stripping the troublesome CSV files to single definitions. That taught me that RCC seems to expect any  file it is willing to import must have 2 or more definition records. I have tried replacing the desired field contents with minimal new text, without success. I have compared CSV's that succeed with those that fail to import- no evident differences.

If anyone here has some perspective to share about RCC (and, ideally importing Academic RC project forms)- I would REALLY TRULY appreciate any suggestions for resources or debugging RCC's importing problems.)
