Previously sent text in participant list manual invitations not working

Hello,

We use manual survey email invitations from the participant list on our longitudinal REDCap project. Up until a few weeks ago, one could use the pull down menu at the bottom of the "Compose email" section to select previously sent text, and that would be the text sent out. Lately, if you use this pull down menu to select previously sent text, it looks like the text loads, but whe is sent out is the generic "please take this survey" message.

Has anyone else encountered this? Any ideas on why it used to work but now it doesn't? Though the desired text can be pasted into the body of the message each time, it was much easier when they could select previously sent text.
