Hi all,

I set up the randomization module and the button is embedded in the study contact form; however, the button is not clickable as I run through the survey with test cases. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? The module is finalized and it is set to randomize by field. Both the development and production allocation tables are uploaded as well. Could it be due to an issue with the development allocation table?

Thank you,

Kaitlyn

Check your user rights Kaitlyn. Is the “Randomize” permission enabled?
