Hi REDCap Community,

Hoping for help with setting up a survey queue that allows for some non-linear flexibility so that I don't have to have two duplicate data collection items (below called survey).

Project has multiple surveys listed in the following order:
Consent1 (allows for selection of yes, no, request phone call)
Consent2 (reviewed by PT during and/or after phone call - allows for yes or no selection)
Survey
UpdateContactPerferences (UCI) - this collects best phone numbers and days/times for contact

Here are the survey flows that I need the queue to accommodate (DONE=participant is finished no more items presented):
1. consent1(yes) --> survey --> UCI (DONE)
2. consent1(no) --> UCI (DONE)
3. consent1(phone) --> UCI --> consent2(yes) --> survey (DONE)
4. consent1(phone) --> UCI --> consent2(no) (DONE)

I can get the survey flows of 1 & 2 working fine but not 3 and 4.  Any ideas for this would be appreciated!

Best,
Anne
