password reset/log in not working and branching logic

Hello,

I am trying to login to my redcap since it went down and it won't let me in. I asked for a password reset option and that isn't working. 

Also, I have different instruments in redcap that my participants will skip to depending on certain factors. My question is:

Do I have to employ branching logic for each question within the instrument, or is there a way to skip and entire group of questions at a time?

Hi Rebecca,

You can use Form Display Logic to set conditions to show an instrument or groups of instruments.

But if it's just a subsection of questions within an instrument you want to show/hide based on conditions, then the only way I know is by applying branching logic to them all individually.
