PHP error on record dashboard

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone's seen something like this before when trying to open the record dashboard:

REDCap crashed due to an unexpected PHP fatal error!

We're completely stumped on what's caused it.

FYI: Still no idea what caused this, but it desisted after I opened the Firetext external module configuration, made some changes, saved, changed back and resaved.
