Issue with Checkbox Data Persistence in Longitudinal Projects on REDCAP MOBILE APP

Dear Team.

I am experiencing with the data persistence of checkbox responses in our longitudinal projects. Specifically, we have observed that when a tablet is refreshed and data is downloaded again from the server, the tick marks on checkboxes are erased.

This issue does not affect other types of questions, such as radiolist, textbox, or date fields, which maintain their responses correctly even after a refresh and data download.

Could you please provide guidance on how I might resolve this issue?

I am using REDCap version 14.5.7 LTS and Mobile version 5.27.6. I can see correct tick. I have selected Checkbox (Multiple Answer) as my question type

Can you share your redcap and tablet application version.
