re-sending survey

Dear Redcappers,

Any suggestions for re-sending a survey to participants who have erronously filled out a survey and need to fill it again? Current work around is manually selecting participant from the participant list in survey distribution tools and composing a new invitation. Is there anything more elegant?

Hello Jessica,

Alternatively, you can go to the participant record, go to the form you want to compose the invite for, click on the "Survey Options" button towards the top right, then select "Compose Survey Invitation" from the menu that appears.

Thanks for the reply, David.

Sorry if I didn't specify, but this is once the survey is complete (green bubble). I've gone into survey options via the record id, and the compose survey invitation option remains greyed out, see attached.

However, I'm able to go in through survey distribution tools and scroll through the participant list to resend the survey that way.

Hi Jessica,

Ah OK, sorry, didn't realise that.

If only you could delete the erroneously completed form(just the form, not the record), then maybe you'd be able to compose the invite from there again.

But I took a look at a similarly completed uneditable form in one of my trials and there's no delete option.

So maybe the only option is to do what you already did and grab the link from the survey invitation log and manually send an email. (or click on the envelope to get the text of the sent invite).
