Email Notifications in ReDBox

Hi all,

I'm investigating the way to send email notifications from ReDBox for events like

• new collection record created
  
• collection record reviewed and published
• action required in TIM for manual NAL identifier match

Can anyone point me a direction? Is this going to be done with a new plugin? or simply just configuration?
