Hi all,

I've been trying to get ReDBox and Mint working with Fedora 3 as a storage layer, without much success.

I just found this page on the Fascinator website, which says that there's been a report that the Fedora plugin won't work with a 3.6 Fedora server, which is what I've been using.

Can anyone confirm this? And is the plugin known to work with 3.5 (or some other earlier release)?

This isn't in a production environment, I'm just trying to get it up and running as a proof-of-concept. We do eventually want to deploy Fedora as a data repository with ReDBox as one of the interfaces.

Thanks
Mike

Hi Mike,

At University of South Australia we are using Fedora 3.4.2 as storage for both RedBox and Mint without any problem so far.

Fedora 3.4 is a stable version then 3.6 release.

Regards,
Zakir
