Velocity Templates

Hi Everyone,

For the JCU implementation of ReDBox, I am modifying forms to suit JCU's requirements.

I am new to Velocity Templates.

Can someone please provide me with a link to a good Velocity reference website ?
I have looked around the Apache Velocity website but I am still to find a good 'dummies guide' to Velocity.

In the 'display' templates used in ReDBox, some contain the #displayFirst function. I would like to know how/where this is defined ?
Can someone also point me to this information ?

Hi Jay,

My knowledge of Velocity Templates is from years ago so I'm not sure of any good up to date resources. I assume you saw the Velocity User Guide which is a bit of an introduction (although it is for 1.5 and we are using 1.6.4).

In terms of the  #displayFirst macro, it is defined in the body.vm
