Curation of Groups on The Mint

Hi Everyone,

After curating a researcher in 'Parties_People', the entry is waiting on the curation 'Parties_Groups'

Curation Data - Related Objects

isMemberOf => jcu.edu.au/parties/group/6700 (waiting on curation)

isMemberOf => jcu.edu.au/parties/group/6711 (waiting on curation)

isMemberOf => jcu.edu.au/parties/group/LCRC (waiting on curation)

I would expect The Mint to kick off the curation of the related data, just like ReDBox does.
Should it be do this ?

Any ideas on why this might not be occurring ?

Hi Jay,

 

There’s a setting for manual/automatic curation under:  mint/home/system-config.json

It’s in the curation section, here’s a snippet of mine:

 

    "curation": {

        "curationEmailAddress": "${admin.email}",

        "curationRequiresConfirmation": false,

 

I’ve set “curationRequiresConfirmation” in order to make the Mint curate records without manual intervention.

 

Alternatively, if you set it to manual curation, the Mint should send an email to the admin email address you’ve specified to remind you to manually curate linked records.

Thanks for the reply.
I have checked my system-config.json and curationRequiresConfirmation is set to false.

Any other ideas ?

I'll keep digging around in the meantime.

The Mint is curating the groups, processing is just taking a while.
